Owner Relations – We calculate and pay sales tax, provide monthly income and expense statements to each owner, as well as periodic updates on management and marketing programs. Our fees are based on a rental percentage so it is in our best interest to make sure your home is rented as much as possible.

Quality Control – Our housekeeping team cleans and inspects each home prior to a guest’s arrival to ensure a positive experience. We believe in providing a higher level of service to guests staying in our vacation homes.

Accounting – We keep track of all income and expense statements and will prepare all occupancy tax payments and reporting. We monitor budgets, prepare financial statements, and coordinate payment collection and final confirmation to our guests.

Reservations – Our friendly and knowledgeable Reservations Specialist sets the stage for an outstanding vacation experience for our guests. We answer all inbound phone calls and email inquiries, and complete reservations and special requests for guests. Our Reservations Specialist tours each property in order to match each guest with a vacation home that will be perfect for their individual vacation needs.

Marketing – Our Marketing Team promotes each home through a multi-channel program that includes extensive internet marketing, print advertisement, and local networking. In addition, our repeat and referral business proves that we are meeting our goal of providing our guests with a memorable vacation experience.
